We endeavour to dispatch all items within five days of receiving your order, but please remember that this may not always be possible and do allow up to 14 days for delivery.
By their nature, made-to-measure items take longer to produce and dispatch, but we will keep you informed about the kind of timescales you can expect.
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. We operate on the “straight swap” principle, so if you can return the item to us in its original condition, we'll gladly replace it or provide a refund. Just ask us for more details.
